New and Sealed Products may be returned during the first 5 days from the date of receiving your orders . Products must be in the same condition as they were sold meaning totally sealed , if the seal is opened the product cannot be returned.
PSN Card Codes carry confidential information and so cannot be returned.
Please note that we do not provide guarantee on New and Sealed games and accessories.

GameSword offers trail guarantee for PreOwned games.
If you face a problem with a PreOwned game , please contact us to troubleshoot the matter , if the game proves to be defective it is our duty to offer you a refund or replacement.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you decide to cancel an order after it is shipped but not yet received , you will have to contact the admin to pay for the shipping fees.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions could get you Black Listed on GameSword and several other online store that share the Black List data with GameSword.
We do not offer cash refunds (Except in certain conditions discussed with an admin) , we only offer replacement or store credit.
We Reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer.
We can ship to virtually any address in Egypt. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The standard Shipping time of an item that is in stock is 2-3 working days.
Please note that it is your responsibility to adequately pack your games when making a trade in.
