Sending a Cancellation Request :
After Making and Order you are Obliged to Keep your word and Purachase your order.
However if for some reason you wanted to Cancel an Order , Please do the Following.
Send us a Contact Form , Include in it your Full Name and your "Order ID".
Please Note that orders can only be Cancelled If they are in the "Awaiting Paymnet" Phase , Cancellation Requets WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if the Status of Your Order is "Awaiting Shipment / Partially Shipped / Shipped / Completed"
If you have received an Order that you do not want , please check the "Shipping & Returns" tab from the Homepage and file a Return Request.
Tracking Your Order :
After you have made an order , the status of the order by Default will be "Awaiting Payment" , during this time we will be Processing and Reviewing your order .
After Processing your order will be shipped and the Status will be changed to "Shipped" .
Please Do not contact us about a late order unless more than 5 working days have passed.

If you Need to Contact us Through phone , you can call us on our customer support number (002) 0100 0381 406 [Working Hours 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm] , or if you cannot reach us on this number send us in the contact form your number and write "request a phone call" in your message and the reason for that together with your Order ID and we will call you back.
